Work in Process and Finished Parts
WIP moves between cells in totes and bins. Carton flow rack at the cell lets operators pull from the front while material handlers reload from the back.
Finished parts on pallets go in selective pallet rack. Beam levels set to container height keep air out of every bay.

Heavy Rack for Dies and Tooling
Dies and fixtures are dense and heavy. Standard beams are not the answer. We size heavier frames and beams, often with steel decking, so a die sits flat and fully supported.
Die storage is usually placed near the press, with a clear lane for the truck or crane that moves it. In buildings with crane bays, we keep rack out of the crane path entirely.
Athens Industrial Parks
Innovation Park, formerly the I-75 Industrial Park and also called Interstate Industrial Park, covers 350 acres beside I-75 at Exit 49 and Highway 30. Mt. Verd Industrial Park is less than a mile off I-75 at Exit 52 and Highway 305.
The Redfern Site is an 86-acre, publicly owned, rail-served site about 3 miles from I-75 and 0.2 miles from four-lane US-11. A new build there can be planned with rack in mind from the first drawing.
Raw Stock at the Receiving End
Component plants receive coil, tube and bar along with boxed parts. Each needs a place near the machine that uses it.
Long tube and bar sit well on cantilever arms at the receiving end. Boxed purchased parts go into selective rack between receiving and the cells.
Keeping raw stock close to receiving shortens every forklift trip into production.
Supplier Schedules and Install Windows
Auto suppliers cannot stop shipping. We phase installs by zone, often over weekends or between shifts, and keep line-side material reachable throughout.
If a plant relocates, our warehouse relocation team moves rack in the same phased way.
