The 75 Regional Commerce Park is a 177-acre Select Tennessee Certified site at I-75 Exit 60, on the Monroe-McMinn county line, with 150 acres set aside for industrial use. SouthPoint Tennessee Business Park covers more than 150 acres with eight buildings planned and access to I-75 and I-40.
Returns and Value-Added Areas
E-commerce and 3PL buildings handle returns and kitting, and those jobs need space too. We set aside work zones near the pick area with shelving for open stock.
Returns get their own receiving lane so they do not slow outbound freight.

Kitting benches sit next to the carton flow lines that feed them, so parts travel a few feet instead of across the building.
